Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every use of LoopVideo, including the free browser tools and the AI seamless-loop workflow. It supplements our Terms of Service. If this AUP conflicts with the Terms, the stricter rule applies.

LoopVideo's current AI product creates a short transition between the ending and starting boundary frames of a video, using the Kling 2.5 Turbo image-to-video model through Kie API. It does not accept a user text prompt. These restrictions apply to the source video, extracted frames, generated transition, final result, account activity, and attempts to access the service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, process, request, or distribute through LoopVideo content in any of the following categories.

Zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors, content that promotes terrorism or mass violence, and non-consensual sexual deepfakes of real people are removed immediately, the account is terminated, and the matter may be reported to the authorities.

2.1 Pornography and NSFW content

• NSFW (not safe for work), sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material;
• nudity or pornography;
• sexual exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual intimate content.

2.2 Violence and gore

• graphic violence, gore, or mutilation;
• content that promotes, threatens, or glorifies violence, terrorism, or self-harm.

2.3 Hate speech

• content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease;
• harassment, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, or targeted abuse.

2.4 Child safety (CSAM)

• any sexual or sexualized content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor;
• any content that exploits, endangers, or grooms minors.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. We will remove access, preserve relevant evidence, and report it to the appropriate authorities.

2.5 Deepfakes and impersonation

• face swap, deepfake, or face manipulation;
• impersonation, fraud, or misleading identity claims;
• processing a person's face, voice, identity, or likeness without the rights and authorization required by law.

2.6 Copyright and trademark infringement

• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property or personal rights;
• content obtained in violation of the terms of a platform or source.

You must own the source material or have all permissions required to process it and use the result.

3. Other Illegal or Harmful Use

You may not use LoopVideo to create, process, or distribute content that:

• violates applicable law or facilitates illegal activity;
• deceives, defrauds, or materially misleads another person;
• contains malware, malicious code, or instructions intended to compromise systems.

4. Platform and Safety Abuse

You may not:

• bypass or attempt to bypass access, rate, credit, watermark, content-safety, or account controls;
• create multiple accounts to evade free-use limits or enforcement;
• submit automated, excessive, or abusive requests;
• probe for providers, models, prompts, options, or APIs that LoopVideo does not make available;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the service;
• resell or provide unauthorized access to LoopVideo.

5. Platform Content Moderation

• No user prompts. Users cannot enter text in the AI workflow. The transition uses a fixed internal prompt written by LoopVideo, so there is no user prompt to screen and a prompt blocklist does not apply.
• Before generation. Both boundary frames are checked automatically with OpenAI's moderation model for sexual, violent or graphic, and self-harm imagery. A blocked upload is not sent for generation and is not charged.
• Before delivery. Frames sampled from the generated transition are checked the same way before the result is stored or shown. A blocked result is never delivered, and the credit or free use is restored.
• Model provider filters. The generation model applies its own safety filters and may refuse a request.
• Human review. Automated checks cannot reliably detect every category in Section 2, such as minors, hateful symbols, real people's likeness, or copyrighted material. These are covered by this AUP, reports, and human review by our team.
• Records. We keep moderation decisions (scores and outcomes, not images) and human review decisions for 24 months.
• Labeling. Free AI results carry a LoopVideo watermark, and every AI result is labeled in the product as containing an AI-generated transition.

6. Enforcement

When we reasonably believe this AUP has been violated, we may:

• block the request or withhold the result;
• restore or, for deliberate abuse, forfeit the credits involved;
• suspend AI generation for the account — this happens automatically after three blocked uploads within 30 days, and our team can also apply it;
• terminate the account.

We may retain limited safety, billing, and account evidence when needed to investigate abuse, resolve an appeal, comply with law, or protect users and the service. We may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement, payment partners, and infrastructure providers. We do not restore prohibited content or bypass a valid legal hold because an appeal is pending.

7. Reporting Violating Content

If you see a LoopVideo result, upload, or account that breaks this policy — for example sexual, violent, hateful, child-endangering, deepfake, or infringing content — please report it.

• How to report: email support@loopvideo.app with the subject "Content report". This inbox is monitored by our team.
• What to include: the page or download link, the account email if known, the approximate time, and why you believe it violates this policy. Do not attach illegal or explicit material.
• What happens next: we acknowledge the report, a team member reviews the content and the related moderation records, and we act under Section 6 — for example withholding or removing the result, suspending AI generation, or terminating the account. We record every decision and tell the reporter the outcome when we can.
• Response times: reports involving minors, terrorism, or other zero-tolerance content get a first response within 24 hours; all other reports within three business days.

8. Appeals

If you believe we blocked an upload or acted on your account by mistake, reply to our notice or email support@loopvideo.app with the subject "Appeal". A team member reviews every appeal, normally within three business days, and records the decision. An appeal may correct an error, but it does not authorize prohibited use or guarantee restoration of an account, task, or credit.

9. Changes

We may update this AUP to reflect product, legal, safety, or payment-partner requirements. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
