Subscriptions give you a predictable monthly pool of credits for watermark-free AI seamless loop exports. Lite includes 12 AI credits per UTC month, Pro includes 60 AI credits per UTC month, and Volume+ includes 180 AI credits per UTC month. One AI credit is used for one paid watermark-free AI seamless loop export.

Annual plans display the average monthly price but are charged once per year. Lite is billed at $130.80 per year, Pro is billed at $334.80 per year, and Volume+ is billed at $838.80 per year.

Subscription credits are granted by UTC calendar month. They are meant for that month and reset at the UTC month end. If a first purchase happens on the last UTC day of a month, the first grant remains valid through the next UTC month end.

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Pack credits are valid for 365 days and can be used for paid watermark-free AI seamless loop exports.

You can only upgrade subscriptions or switch monthly billing to annual billing. For existing subscriptions, monthly subscribers can switch to annual billing for the same tier or a higher tier. After annual billing starts, annual subscribers can only move to a higher annual tier, and yearly-to-monthly changes are blocked. Lite can upgrade to Pro or Volume+, Pro can upgrade to Volume+, and Volume+ cannot switch to Lite or Pro through subscription purchase. Credit packs can be purchased at any time. Cancel through LoopVideo Billing settings: renewal stops immediately, while paid access remains available through the current billing period. You can also open the Waffo customer portal from Billing settings; Waffo cancellations always take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Waffo processes an upgrade or annual billing switch as a subscription replacement with an immediate prorated difference charge, not a second full subscription. You confirm the change and the prorated amount on a Waffo-hosted page before paying. A same-tier annual switch adds 0 credits for the current UTC month. Current-month tier-upgrade credits are fixed tier deltas: Lite to Pro adds 48 credits, Lite to Volume+ adds 168 credits, and Pro to Volume+ adds 120 credits. The next UTC month starts from the changed plan's full monthly allocation.

First-time purchases may be refunded within 14 days if no credits from the order have been used. Repeat purchases of the same plan or credit pack are not eligible. Send refund requests to support@loopvideo.app for manual review. Approved refunds are issued through Waffo, our merchant of record, and Waffo webhooks sync LoopVideo order and credit state afterward. Exceptions apply for system failures or duplicate charges.

Paid credits remove the free-result watermark and unlock watermark-free exports. LoopVideo is an independent interface that uses Kie for the current transition operation, generated with the Kling 2.5 Turbo image-to-video model, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kie or Kling. AI seamless loop quality still depends on your source video, boundary frames, and the provider result, so different videos can vary.

Subscribers and credit-pack users can use LoopVideo outputs for personal or commercial projects if they have the necessary rights to the source video and follow our Terms of Service. Free AI results are for personal, non-commercial use.
